About Technical Support Engineers

We are looking for experienced professionals who can provide top-notch technical support and presales engineering services. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various regions, including Europe, the US, and Asia. They must be well-educated, have specific experience in senior IT support roles, and ideally possess knowledge of auditing, monitoring, or security technologies within a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments
  • Assist existing customers with outstanding issues through support tickets
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements
  • Create technical documents and articles for team and customer use
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers worldwide
  • Ensure customer expectations are met within committed timeframes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B. Tech or MCA in a relevant area
  • 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required
  • 2+ years performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills required
  • Experience working with a ticketing tool before, ex - Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context
  • High motivation, 'can do' attitude, able to work under pressure
  • Understanding of IT and business needs of technology
