Senior Data Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Privacy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber & Risk practice, you will lead and execute data privacy engagements, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will have a strong background in data privacy, with experience in leading and executing projects across various industries. They will be responsible for conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), designing, reviewing, and enhancing privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data privacy projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct PIAs and DPIAs, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Design, review, and enhance privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Implement and monitor privacy controls, including data subject rights, consent management, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk functions to ensure privacy compliance in technology and business processes.
- Drive awareness sessions and training programs on data privacy and protection.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in data privacy, information security, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, DPDP Act, HIPAA, CCPA.
