We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, and contracting to lead our end-to-end procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing vendor relationships and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:- Review and validate purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex procurement issues and improve cycle times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading projects.
- Strong knowledge of eProcurement tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for procurement.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
