US Staffing Operations HR Coordinator Job Summary

The role involves supporting the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for US-based employees and contractors. The successful candidate will ensure timely completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
  • Assist in verifying all required documents are completed and submitted to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance-related documents are completed and stored per organizational standards.
  • Navigate various MSP portals to ensure timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities include background verification coordination, compliance documentation, MSP & client portal management, SOP & process documentation, federal & client-specific compliance, asset return tracking, client & vendor coordination, and audit readiness support.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support.
  • Hands-on experience with MSP portals is required, along with a working knowledge of US federal employment regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools is necessary.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner.
