**Key Account Manager for Enterprise Sales**
At HR Infotech Solution, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales and Account Management Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and driving the sales process from initial engagement to successful closure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the Corporate segment within the Delhi/NCR region and identify key clients to promote and sell IT solutions.
- Establish relationships with customers and secure contracts to execute strategies for account growth.
- Drive the sales cycle from customer engagement to closed sales.
- Qualify opportunities and create solutions to meet customer needs.
- Consult with customers on business challenges and requirements, and provide cost-benefit analysis of IT solutions.
- Maintain domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Report on sales activity through CRM and maintain detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
Key Techno-commercial Acumen:
- Understand a wide range of solutions and services around IT infrastructure, including Intel Servers, Storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, UNIX Servers, Virtualisation, DataCentre solutions, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
- Experience in Advisory and Consulting to help customers create business cases for IT infrastructure transformation.
- Ability to understand Hybrid cloud environments and DR/BCP.
- Knowledge of cloud-specific technologies, Mails, Virtualisation, and ERP setups.
- Ability to perform TCO/ROI studies and handle negotiations with CXOs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA from a premium college.
- Minimum 10 years of proven success in solution-based selling, preferably in the IT Infrastructure industry.
- Proven sales experience in Servers, Storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, UNIX Servers, Virtualisation, DataCentre solutions, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
- Consistent top performer with a strong track record of success.
