Corporate Placement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate placement initiatives, responsible for preparing students for placements and ensuring their successful integration into the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Placement Support:
    • Establish and maintain strong industry connections with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants in Delhi – NCR.
    • Build relationships with industry associations, forums, and captains to foster collaborations and partnerships.
    • Navigate online communities and social media platforms to stay updated on employment trends and opportunities.
    • Expand networks through job portals and technology platforms to enhance recruitment efforts.
    • Foster regular interactions with industries to understand career opportunities and employment trends.
    • Maintain connections with government-affiliated bodies and resources.
    • Identify and facilitate internship opportunities (6 months, 6-8 weeks) for students as needed.
    • Manage placement data, including internships and placements, and prepare detailed reports for periodic reviews.
    • Assume flexible and extended time requirements as necessary.
    • Organize interaction programs on career opportunities within the university and external agencies.
    • Track application forms, pre-screen candidates, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
    • Monitor individual candidate progress.
    • Provide counseling on procedures to applicants.
    • Maintain accurate and proper record-keeping of applicants' information in electronic and digital formats.
  • Training Support:
    • Plan and execute Skill Lab Orientation programs.
    • Ensure students' enrollment in the Career Service Tech platform by coordinating with various academic institutions.
    • Conduct training programs at different academic institutions.
    • Collaborate with subject experts and learning engagement coaches to revise and update curriculums.
    • Proactively strengthen knowledge and provide feedback on methodologies in the training process.
    • Oversee and manage the Digitally Enabled Platform for which training shall be provided.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Postgraduate degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the placement process, such as on-campus placement drives, off-campus placement drives, placement portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HR software.
  • A minimum of 15 years or more of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in the NCR Region.
