As a key player in driving the growth and success of prime home loan products, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans for prime home loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Product Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and senior management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market. A deep understanding of the housing finance landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer preferences is essential.

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration from a prestigious institution.
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans.
