Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing expertise in multiple technical disciplines, analytical techniques, and quality assurance methods.

  • Preparing insightful reports, dashboards, and documentation, maintaining metrics and SLAs with finesse.
  • Defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to ensure consistent quality execution.
  • Understanding business needs and delivering exceptional service, prompt and efficient.
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with distributed teams.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Hands-on experience as a DLP practitioner/ expert and team lead for response and investigations.
  • Practical knowledge implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management.
  • Expertise in security incident response lifecycle and phases, minimizing impact and responding to escalations.
  • Strong understanding of data security tools & techniques, industry regulations, and cyber security frameworks.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems, risk assessment frameworks, and remediation recommendations.
  • Advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
