About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Sales Specialist to join our team at Vertoz. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for aggressively identifying new advertisers and developing strategic relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance metrics and be able to negotiate reasonable KPIs with our internal teams.

You will be expected to scan the market to identify potential clients and develop a sales strategy to guide our resources allocation.

In addition, you will need to be able to creatively sell our Adzurite advertising solutions outside of the general presentation, using a variety of sales approaches such as emails, mailings, cold calls, and other collateral.

We are looking for a storyteller who can sense clients' demands and pain points to propose our solution with a consultative selling way to bring in sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will be able to find all the ways to approach and pitch direct clients and agencies, and will have a keen eye for identifying who controls the advertising budgets and who are the key influencers in the clients.

You will also be responsible for collecting the latest market information and competitors' progress, and helping us establish a market and competitors' analysis database.

We are looking for a sales professional with intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, independence, and a sense of humor, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Aggressively identify new advertisers and develop strategic relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiate reasonable KPIs with our internal teams
  • Scan the market to identify potential clients and develop a sales strategy
  • Creatively sell our Adzurite advertising solutions
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients and provide exceptional client support
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Precede well and proper clients' expectation management
  • Negotiate reasonable KPIs feasible for internal teams to deliver the results
  • Collect latest market information and competitors' progress
  • Help establish market and competitors' analysis database

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in media sales, preferably in performance marketing (Ad-Network)
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CPL, CPI, CPR, CPO, Cost per Mail, CPA, CPS)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in a wide variety of digital advertising concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, independence, and a sense of humor
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
  • Good communication skills, able to coordinate well with internal supporting teams
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
