Marketing Executive

This is a role that involves managing various marketing tasks including influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events and growth tracking.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will work on handling different marketing activities like influencing people to promote our products, sending out newsletters and campaign messages to our customers, hosting events to showcase our products and services, and monitoring the progress of these activities. You will be responsible for communicating with influencers, drafting emails, managing budgets, organizing events, and reporting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an influencer marketing strategy and execute it by researching and reaching out to potential partners, seeding products, tracking performance, and providing regular reports.
  • Assist in launching new campaigns across digital and offline channels, collaborating with the founder on new ideas, and working closely with the team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Help draft and schedule emails and WhatsApp campaigns, as well as assist with public relations activities such as media list building and coverage tracking.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in marketing (internships also count).
  • Excellent organizational skills, being comfortable wearing multiple hats, and adapting quickly to new challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, being able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
