Job Opportunity

This role requires performing activities related to membership compliance of an exchange and supporting the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

Main ResponsibilitiesChange in Director's Details
  • Screen and process applications for change in director according to exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Review all applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, directors, and transfer of membership.
  • Maintain accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
Change in Shareholding/DPG Pattern/Constitution/Re-constitution of Partnership Firm
  • Examine and process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm.
  • Keep records updated, control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
Change in Name of Member Entity and Change in Member Office Address
  • Assess and process applications as per norms and update SEBI Portal.
  • Process such applications without errors within the prescribed timeframe. Update member names and addresses in CRM database as per member requests and updation to other departments.
Closure of Alerts in Trackwizz Application, Maintaining Monthly Database and MIS/Collation of Data for SEBI/Internal Department

Preferred Profile:

Educational Qualification
  • CS/CA/MBA from a reputable Institute/University
Experience
  • 3-4 years of work experience in securities/capital market, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies
Skills Required

  • Analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Good execution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • To share knowledge and develop/communicate best practices across various groups
  • Satisfy regulatory standards
Functional Competencies Required
