Job Purpose

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to perform various activities related to membership compliance of the Exchange. This role will also support the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all activities related to new membership application, on-going membership compliance, and termination of membership.
  • Scrutinize membership documents, including legal documents like Agreements/Indemnities/Guarantees, with regard to new membership applications, changes in member entity name, constitution, directorship, and annual returns.
  • Respond to queries from members seeking clarifications on membership rules and regulations and provide details/data to other departments/senior management regarding membership matters.
Key Requirements
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (CS/CA/MBA/CMA) from a reputable institution/university.
  • Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in securities/capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proactive and result-oriented individual with analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to share learning and develop best practices across groups.
  • Satisfies company and national regulatory standards.
Functional Competencies
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
