Project Manager Specialist

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful completion of all localization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project lifecycle from inception to delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate project phases, predict project timelines, and maintain open communication with stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with various departments, including media, translations, account managers, sales teams, and localization PMs globally
- Provide timely updates to project managers and clients on project progress and schedules
- Collaborate with engineering and production managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Liaise with production centers and PMs to clarify project parameters and negotiate deadlines and rates
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and sales/production PMs worldwide
- Monitor and control project status, manage finances, and prepare project documentation
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and deliver high-quality final products
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages an asset
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar corporate position
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and deadline meeting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Independence in task completion and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
