Logistics Project Manager

The ideal candidate possesses last mile logistics experience, analytical thinking capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Amazon Logistics and customer service processes.
- Analyze issues, define corrective actions, and ensure their implementation.
- Understand customer needs and pain points related to deliveries, produce reports for senior management, and present findings.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders to evaluate business priorities, identify opportunities, and facilitate information sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative solutions for customers while influencing decision-making.
- Implement end-to-end continuous improvement programs, develop metrics, and lead Kaizens or auditing activities to ensure process implementation.
Amazon Logistics handles Last Mile delivery duties in partnership with multiple stakeholders. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into customers' hands. Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions.
Qualifications:- At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Relevant experience in last mile and/or customer service processes and technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience completing tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
