Project Management Specialist Manager

About the Role:
The purpose of this position is to execute component project management for GH- BU in India (Projects and work packages). This involves facilitating customer project acquisition, seamless execution of projects from development to release phase, and managing manufacture relocation topics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management Process: Collect project data, facilitate customer project acquisition, and manage manufacture relocation topics.
2. System and Process: Define project charter, align with necessary stakeholders, and participate/lead audits with necessary preparation.
3. Risk Management: Escalate deviations/risk, coordinate, support, and ensure execution of mitigation plan along with CFT, report cost impact, and obtain management decision/approvals.
4. Budget Management: Track project efforts and budget, and align with team leader and obtain support/decision.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile) or MBA (desirable). 1-3 years of experience in execution of project management.

As a Project Management Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting quality standards.
