We're seeking an exceptional Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing: Accurately generate and process invoices within specified deadlines.
  • Payment tracking: Monitor and reconcile payments from clients, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients through clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on accounts receivable status and aging to keep management informed.
  • Collections: Initiate collections efforts, sending reminders and statements as necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, preferably with experience in SAP.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
