Luxury Real Estate Closing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Closing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our closing department, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience for our high-net-worth clients throughout the closing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
