We are seeking a Senior Meta Ads Manager to help businesses scale through data-driven advertising.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an analytical, creative, and confident individual who can independently manage international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI. Additionally, they will oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive ad strategies that maximize returns.
  • Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee the development and optimization of ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Allocate resources strategically to achieve optimal results.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
