Lead Digital Advertising Specialist

As a dynamic and forward-thinking digital marketing organization, we are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to spearhead our paid media strategy across multiple markets.

  • Develop and execute innovative Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive business growth.
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets while monitoring campaign performance and conversions using data-driven tools and analytics.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, identify trends, and optimize results to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Build and manage multi-market media plans tailored to local behaviors and insights.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing advertising budgets.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asian markets is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
