Job Title: Advertising Strategist - Google Ads

We are seeking a skilled advertising professional to lead our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, PMax) to drive business growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth by analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Design and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets to improve CTR & conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaign profitability.
  • Create detailed reports & insights for clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on funnels, tracking, and testing to drive business outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads & Analytics Certification.
  • Experience in remarketing funnels & dynamic product ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization & CRO strategies.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads or other paid channels (bonus).
