Technical Strategist Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Strategist to join our AI and Digital Transformation team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions using modern AI and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives to identify client needs and develop tailored technical strategies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of proof-of-concept solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are commercially viable.

  • Influence technical evaluations and RFP responses with confidence and clarity.

Solution Architecture & Implementation Support

  • Develop solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
  • Advise on best-fit technologies and platforms, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid environments.
  • Support pilot deployments and co-develop initial rollouts with Delivery teams.
  • Engage with internal product and engineering teams to gather insights from the field and inform product development.

Customer Enablement & Value Realization

  • Provide technical guidance to customers during post-sale handoffs.
  • Help customers maximize their use of proprietary Digital Value Accelerator (DVA) frameworks.
  • Recommend scalable integrations, data flows, and AI model tuning strategies tailored to each customer's environment.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven success designing or supporting enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Passion for solving real-world problems using AI and data—not just building cool demos.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with MLOps workflows and AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems.
  • Experience building ROI models and supporting business case development.
  • Understanding of compliance-heavy environments.
