As a Founding Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex real-world problems with meaningful impact. You will be part of a collaborative environment with transparent leadership and direct influence on product direction, company culture, and growth strategy.What We're Looking For:
  • ML Expertise
    • 5+ years building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
    • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures, LLMs, and generative AI.
    • Expert in ML pipeline orchestration, model monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow, and familiarity with systems languages (Go, Rust, C++).
  • Technical Requirements
    • Experience deploying ML models in enterprise environments with strict SLAs.
    • Background in reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or autonomous decision-making.
    • Comfortable with large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and real-time inference.
    • Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML.
    • Knowledge of model compression, quantization, and edge deployment.
