Senior AI Architect and Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Architect and Engineer to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Develop, Implement Advanced AI Systems
  • Architect Robust and Scalable Backend Systems
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and Interfaces
  • Utilize Vector Databases for Efficient Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management
  • Develop Sophisticated Agentic Workflows using Frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang Graph, Agno, or CrewAI
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams including Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers
  • Write Clean, Well-Documented, and Testable Code following Best Practices
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Advancements in AI, LLMs, and Agentic Technologies
  • Contribute to Technical Direction and Architecture of our AI Platform
  • Deploy Solutions on Cloud Platforms AWS, Azure, GCP

Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive experience in software development with strong track record delivering production-grade backend systems
  • Proven expertise in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang Graph, Agno, or CrewAI
  • Experience working with Vector Databases e.g. Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems
  • Proficient with Git for version control
  • Comfortable working in Linux environment
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Proven experience designing implementing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments
  • Solid understanding practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong leadership management skills
  • Problem-solving decision-making skills

  • Excellent Communication Inter-personal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with BigQuery
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages like JavaScript Java C#
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems
  • Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies e.g. AWS Lambda Azure Functions GCP Cloud Functions Docker Kubernetes
  • Experience with local LLM execution and management
  • Experience with prompt engineering fine-tuning LLMs
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects
  • Strong understanding security best practices in AI applications
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles
  • Experience with relevant testing frameworks
  • Understanding of AI Ethics Responsible AI principles
  • Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies like computer vision neural networks time-series analysis
