Job Details

The payroll team manages payroll for approximately 1,300 employees in the US. The role is responsible for managing payroll, varying in size and complexity, with adherence to policy, compliance, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for payroll administration in the US by ensuring activities are undertaken and deadlines met.
  • Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholding and deductions.
  • Understand complex business needs and manage expectations.
  • Prepare payroll inputs for timely processing.
  • Review and approve provider-prepared payroll against the approved payroll inputs.
  • Process queries by monitoring tickets (ServiceNow) ensuring SLA is met.
Experience and Skills:
  • Past Experience:
  • Must have 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in ADP EV5 or EV6.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
