Educational Skills Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an Educational Skills Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for training individuals on essential employability skills such as English, digital literacy, and aptitude.

The training program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to enhance their employability in the job market. As an Educational Skills Developer, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to improve their socio-economic status.

Our centers provide a conducive learning environment where trainees can develop their skills and knowledge. The training program includes modules such as English grammar, spoken English, MS Office, basic mathematics, soft skills, and work readiness.

As an Educational Skills Developer, you will be responsible for publishing and following the training plan/calendar of the center. You will also support in conducting assessments of the trainees and post-placement counseling. Additionally, you will network with guest lecturers/industry experts to arrange field visits as part of the sector readiness module.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on core employability skills.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees.
