Lead Account Solution Engineer Role Summary:
This role requires a highly skilled professional to drive customer success through digital transformation. As a Lead Account Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership, uncovering business challenges, and building innovative solutions.
You will engage with business users to create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes. Your ability to articulate the business value of solutions to managers and executives is crucial. Additionally, you will deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and work as an excellent teammate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership in digital transformation.
- Uncover business challenges and build innovative solutions.
- Engage with business users to create solution presentations and prototypes.
- Articulate the business value of solutions to managers and executives.
- Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Work as an excellent teammate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Relevant years of confirmed experience in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions.
- Strong focus on pre-sales or implementation is required.
- Business Analysis/Business case/return on investment construction.
- A broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
