Job Opportunity: Customer Success Expert

Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. This position requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners and offline POS aggregator partners.
  • Ensure that partners fully adopt and leverage our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue and growth and facilitate their realization.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the company on the ground, gathering critical insights into partner needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address adoption challenges and provide solutions to partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the products and services in credit, payments or consumer financing industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
