  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed production drawings for furniture items based on initial designs and specifications.
  • Generate comprehensive cutting lists that outline the materials needed for production, including dimensions and quantities.
  • Optimize cutting plans using software tools to minimize waste and maximize material efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials are available and suitable for designs.
  • Work closely with furniture designers and engineers to ensure design feasibility from a production standpoint.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team to convey any changes or requirements for the manufacturing process.
  • Review production drawings and cutting lists for accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and optimize techniques.
