About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a technical and customer-facing resource, you will be responsible for defining processes and programs that enhance scalability and represent our platform from a technical standpoint.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to paint the vision of our platform and guide customers in realizing its value.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide deep technical insights on how our technology works and how it can accelerate digital product delivery.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to influence our product roadmap and drive growth.
  • Own the IT and security relationship with customers during the deal cycle, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity, and enterprise questions.
  • Strengthen our security reputation by understanding customer concerns about data access and working with product and legal teams to resolve findings.
  • Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between customers, sales, and product teams.
  • Create engaging content to delight customers and internal partners surrounding our platform.
  • Collaborate with experts to hone your craft and execute daily.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly independently.
  • Excellent communication skills within various audiences and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • Experience as a front-end developer and familiarity with Enterprise DevOps tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using or working with our platform or other UX/UI experience.
  • Actively using AI to convert designs to code.
