Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to design and implement transformative enterprise-scale solutions for global banking clients. As a key technical authority, you will modernize legacy lending and deposit systems ensuring seamless integration and driving architectural excellence.

As a technical architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end technical blueprints for key modules including Commercial/Retail Lending, Deposit Account Opening, Collateral Management, and Credit & Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical blueprints for key modules using expert-level proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Data Model, Flows) and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, ESBs).
  • Design and govern real-time integrations with core banking systems, credit bureaus, KYC/AML providers, and other financial ecosystems using APIs and middleware (MuleSoft).
  • Configure, customize, and develop solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows enforcing best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
  • Lead technical governance code reviews and mentor development teams. Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives on platform strategy and Agile delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a hands-on nCino/Salesforce architect within the banking/financial services industry.
  • Proven experience configuring and architecting solutions for at least 4 nCino modules.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Data Model, Flows) and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, ESBs).
  • In-depth understanding of the bank loan lifecycle risk management and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, SOX, GDPR).
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System Architect is highly preferred. nCino Advanced Professional certifications are a strong plus.
