Enterprise Solution Designer

A key focus of this role is to foster collaboration between business and technology stakeholders, building strong relationships that facilitate alignment across the organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate competencies in developing solutions, analyzing business and operating models, and providing strategic guidance. They will utilize planning-driven, design-driven, and learning-driven approaches to construct future- and current-state business models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and present clear stories to visualize the future state, driving long-term planning.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study.
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis, or equivalent experience as an enterprise architecture consultant.
  • Proficiency in Java development, Core Java, J2EE, and knowledge of insurance domains such as Life, Health, Property & Casualty.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as Straight Through Processing (STP), Customer 360, and Account 360.

Additional Information:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in solution architecture.
  • This position requires a minimum of 15 years full-time education.
