We are seeking a visionary technical leader to spearhead the development of our Enterprise Contact Center solution.

The Role

This senior technical leadership position involves end-to-end technical ownership, from defining the architectural roadmap to ensuring operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Design and Architecture:
    • Lead the design and architecture of our multi-tenant, highly available, and scalable platform.
    • Define the technical vision and long-term architectural roadmap, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
    • Architect and design core components, including omnichannel routing, IVR systems, outbound dialers, and real-time and historical reporting and analytics.
    • Drive the evolution of our platform to incorporate emerging technologies such as AI/ML for intelligent routing, sentiment analysis, and workforce optimization.
  • Technical Influence and Evangelism:
    • Champion modern software development methodologies, including Agile, and foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability.
    • Mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth.
    • Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into robust solutions.
    • Represent the company as a subject matter expert on contact center technologies.
  • Reliability and Accountability:
    • Take ultimate accountability for the reliability, performance, and scalability of the product.
    • Establish service level objectives and indicators for the platform.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and lead the resolution of complex issues.
    • Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • DevSecOps Leadership:
    • Integrate DevSecOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
    • Influence CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, ensuring security is embedded.
    • Lead threat modeling exercises and security design reviews.
    • Promote a security-as-code mindset and automate security controls.

Candidates should have expertise in SIP, SIP Trunking, RTP, ACD, IVR, CTI, and call recording. Familiarity with DevSecOps, public cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and infrastructure as code is also required.
