Technical Product Expert

As a seasoned Technical Product Expert, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions on the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365F&O) platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 12 years of experience in D365F&O or AX2012, with a strong background in architectural roles and lead design positions.
  • Deep domain expertise in finance, supply chain, and warehousing processes, with a proven track record of translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Mastery of X++, LCS, and experience leading end-to-end ISV product development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to architect and deliver highly available, high-volume D365 solutions in multi-entity, multi-legal environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and owning the architecture for D365F&O solutions, including extensibility, integration, security, and performance.
  2. Leading technical strategy aligned with product growth, business scale, and user experience goals.
  3. Leveraging thought leadership to continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  4. Mentoring engineers and tech leads to uplift team capability and cross-functional knowledge.
  5. Ensuring delivery excellence with a strong focus on solution quality, user experience, and regulatory compliance.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with product owners, enterprise architects, and engineering leads to ensure delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions while optimizing performance, cost, and time-to-market.
