We are seeking a skilled and innovative SCADA Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions that ensure seamless integration of OT systems, PLC, SCADA, MES with enterprise IT systems, ERP databases, and cloud.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing secure, efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.
  • Managing industrial databases, SQL historian, timeseries databases for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.
  • Providing technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics.
  • Troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting existing SCADA/MES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
