Job Description

As an Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant, you will leverage deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite to drive business growth and efficiency. Your expertise in Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems, meter-to-cash (M2C) processes, including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders, as well as strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.

Technical Requirements
  • Proven experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Expertise in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows (via SGG or custom adapters)
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of enterprise utility architecture design principles
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - both technical and business-facing
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations
