Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant to lead our end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Demantra enhancements and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  • Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills & ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver enhancements.
  • Ability to coordinate with Oracle and business for SR's.
  • Ability to perform impact analysis and detail solution design.
  • Ability to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Ability to create documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, test scripts.
  • Ability to hand over to production support and help identify repetitive issues.
