Job Title: Strategic Business Innovation Leader

This is a key role that focuses on leading the strategic development of our business operations to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using AI, data science, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver large-scale transformation programs that achieve tangible ROI.
  • Drive process reengineering initiatives to eliminate waste and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production-ready deployments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/shared services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.
