As a pivotal member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and support of our Microsoft 365 environment.

About This Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to administer core M365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • This role is focused on configuring and maintaining site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions in SharePoint Online.
  • You will oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • In addition, they should have experience deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Providing Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption of our M365-based solutions.
  • Collaboration with business units to deliver M365-based solutions is essential.
  • Implementing security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies across the M365 suite is also required.
  • Managing access controls across the M365 suite and monitoring service health, usage, and analytics is also a critical responsibility.
  • Generating reports on platform performance and adoption metrics is also an important task.
Required Skills & Qualifications
