**IT Recruiter/ Bench Sales (US Staffing) - (Night Shift)**

Must Have 1-5 Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US staffing and Consulting Industry.

Onsite requirement (Ongole,Guntur,Vijayawada coimbatore and Hyderabad )
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
- Must have a good understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for US companies.
- Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
- Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i. e From Sourcing Job.
- Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at the best deals.
- Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & U. S Citizens.
- Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Having a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors & clients.
- Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc; and also other networking Methods
