**Job Summary**:
The IT Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, building and maintaining a strong bench of qualified IT professionals, and driving revenue growth through successful placements. This role requires a combination of sales, recruitment, and client relationship management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Actively source and qualify new client leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Understand client hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Source and screen qualified IT professionals for open positions, including developers, engineers, analysts, and other technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong bench of qualified IT professionals for future client needs.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and hiring demands.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate your services.
- **Relationship Building & Networking**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including IT professionals, hiring managers, and other recruiters.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
