**Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter**
**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Location**: Vijayawada
**Shift Timing**: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (Night Shifts)
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with consultants on the bench to understand their skills, experience, and preferences for suitable job opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Negotiate the best rates with vendors/clients while ensuring maximum profit margin for the organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with vendors/clients, and assist consultants through the entire recruitment process.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placement status and maintain reports accordingly.
- Maintain a strong database of vendors, clients, and consultants for future requirements.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends in the US IT staffing industry and compliance regulations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and Citizen consultants.
- Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal & written).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work in **night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST)**.
