We are looking for a highly skilled marketing automation professional with 5+ years of experience to lead our Adobe Campaign v8 efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for data-driven marketing, and is eager to work with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign v8 including data models, workflows, and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail).
  • Design and implement complex segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with various systems, including CRM Systems: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, External Systems: SFTP, APIs, databases, and via FDA (Federated Data Access).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and email marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, integrations, and technical specifications.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding.
  • Strong understanding of Email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Experience on channel configuration, including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) including Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation.
