      • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, and sales) to ensure financial alignment.
    • External Liaison:
      • Engage with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and reviews.
    • Reporting:

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA); MBA in Finance preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with at least 3-5 years in a similar position.
    • Proficiency in Oracle ERP and other financial systems.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling.
    • Hands-on expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Leadership qualities to manage and mentor finance teams effectively.
