The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new leads, qualifying new prospects, nurturing and onboarding them, and educating potential clients about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our products/services can help them.
  • Educate potential clients on our products/services and how they can benefit their business or personal financial needs.
  • Manage and nurture a lead pipeline to ensure prompt follow-up and closure.
  • Conduct market research, represent the company at industry events and gatherings to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with clients by engaging with them through phone calls, chat, and email to provide excellent support and assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and collaborate with other teams to handle complex queries ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and provide solutions that meet their needs, including identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with product and design teams to convey client feedback and recommendations for product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 04 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English, both verbal and written.
  • Confident and persuasive with the ability to close sales.
  • Interest in speaking with customers and empathy to help resolve their issues.
  • Ability to handle objections and escalations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
