Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing professional to spearhead high-impact PPC campaigns across platforms, integrating AI tools seamlessly into every step of the customer journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns to achieve strong ROI and conversion tracking.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, develop data-driven strategies, and refine bids to maximize campaign performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management with a metrics-driven approach, leveraging AI-powered tools to scale creatives, content, and targeting.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with impressive ROI and expertise in building full-funnel campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of ad tech, retargeting, and automation, as well as familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution models, and CRO.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as Jasper and AdCreative.ai.

This is an onsite role in Pune, where we believe creativity and speed multiply when teams collaborate in person.
