L3 UCCE and Release Management Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing advanced level technical support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and 3rd party call recording platforms.

  • Provide in-depth technical assistance for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC issues and perform MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Develop a clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, and be familiar with ITIL processes.
  • Understand Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functionality.
  • Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and integrate experience with other tools.
  • Gain knowledge of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Work in a 24/7 business support environment and have experience with Cisco Voice platform.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to resolve telecommunications problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in L3 UCCE support and release management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, teamwork, and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
  • Proficiency in Excel-related analytics.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.
