We are seeking a Senior Business Development Head to lead our growth initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team and delegating tasks/Sales Target to team members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and market expansion in the ceramic industry. They will be responsible for increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones individually and through their team.

  • Manage the team to achieve organizational goals and develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets and thus responsible for team performance.
  • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Increase footfall for the company at the showroom.
  • Meeting Architects, Interior Designer and Clients for generating sales and expand Business opportunities.
  • Liaisoning with architects and interior designers for Business growth and development individually and through his team.

The Senior Business Development Head will play a key role in shaping the future of our company and the ceramic industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 11+ years of experience in business development or sales within the ceramic industry or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and market expansion.
