Account Management Business Leader

Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, is seeking a seasoned professional to join their International Seller Growth team as an Account Management Business Leader.
The role will entail developing strategies for the function, collaborating with Sales and business leaders, working closely with product teams to drive product development that benefits sellers, and delivering results through a team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate must thrive in ambiguous environments, think strategically to build multi-year business plans, influence internal teams, and develop scalable processes that enhance seller experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business plans, goals, and strategies for the function
- Analyzing seller and program performance trends, diagnosing root causes, and creating actionable plans for operational improvements
- Establishing partnerships with internal sales team leaders
- Acting as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of selling partners
- Using data to provide insights to business leaders and representing the function in various forums
The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, marketing, or customer service delivery. They will also possess excellent communication skills, strong data analysis abilities, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences. E-commerce experience is preferred, along with previous responsibility for strategic development, product management, or revenue targets and quotas.
