Job Opportunity: Strategic Documents & Research Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our business development and project documentation processes. This role involves conducting strategic research, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing reports for internal review and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research on potential clients, architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
  • Identifying and tracking RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
  • Preparing client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
  • Maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, including drawings, contracts, approvals, and correspondences.
  • Preparing regular reports on project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
