Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers IT infrastructure. Your technical expertise and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will be essential in providing timely solutions to keep their systems secure, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IBM DataPower appliances and API Connect infrastructure in a clustered environment, ensuring high availability and load balancing for APIs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to DataPower, API Connect, API traffic, and overall system health.
  • Work closely with network and security teams to integrate DataPower appliances and API Connect into the existing infrastructure and enforce security best practices.


Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in IBM DataPower and API Connect Administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IBM DataPower Administrator with expertise in managing and configuring DataPower appliances.


Preferred Skills:

  • Solid understanding of API concepts, protocols, and RESTful principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate tasks and implement monitoring solutions.
